About the role
The HR/Admin Manager oversees all human resources and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure workforce productivity and compliance across farm and office locations.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate recruitment, appointment, confirmation, termination, resignation processes. • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities. • Coordinate remuneration budgets and conduct pay surveys. • Ensure performance appraisal policy compliance. • Maintain employee benefits and process claims.
What you’ll bring
• HND/B.Sc/BA in relevant discipline. • Minimum 7 years work experience, 3 in leadership. • CIPM and HR certifications advantageous. • Passionate about HR and business sustainability. • Knowledge of HR conventions and Labor Act.
