About the role
Provide operational support for HRIS and coordinate daily HR Shared Services activities. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely service delivery across the organisation.
What you’ll do
• Prepare accurate and timely HR reports and analyse employee data. • Review HR documents for regulatory compliance and facilitate employee confirmations. • Support day-to-day HRIS administration including HRMS and Microsoft Dynamics. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and coordinate benefits enrolment. • Coordinate employee documentation, HR forms, policies, and status-change processes.
What you’ll bring
• BSc degree in Social Sciences, MIS, Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 3 years experience in HRIS or HR Administration. • Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office. • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills. • High discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
