About the role
The HRIS Analyst supports workforce technology systems, troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, and improving processes. They handle escalated support tickets and deliver reporting and analytics to improve data accuracy and user experience.
What you’ll do
• Serve as subject matter expert for UKG Pro and related systems. • Manage and resolve complex system and data issues. • Own high-volume Tier 2 support queue. • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years supporting HR technology or related systems. • Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
