What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards. • Implement learning and development programs. • Monitor HR KPIs and guide decision-making. • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. • Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years HR experience in transport or logistics. • Strong understanding of transport and logistics operations. • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field. • Professional HR certification is an advantage. • Ability to manage geographically dispersed workforce.
