About the role
Provide operational support across key HR functions focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition. Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement.
What you’ll do
• Support end-to-end recruitment process. • Source and screen candidates. • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database. • Support onboarding and employee documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR or related field. • One year relevant work experience after NYSC. • Generalist HR experience with recruitment exposure. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
