About the role
The HR Manager leads the people function, handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. They ensure the studio grows while maintaining culture and effective ways of working.
What you’ll do
• Own full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning. • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding. • Act as trusted HR partner for employees and managers. • Support leadership with compensation and workforce planning. • Shape culture and employee engagement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years HR experience in tech or gaming. • Knowledge of Maltese and EU employment law. • Strong full-cycle recruitment skills. • Experience with compensation planning and negotiation. • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
