About the role
Lead people operations and establish HR structure and processes as the company grows.
What you’ll do
• Manage staff operations, performance, attendance and employee relations. • Ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and workplace coordination. • Work closely with leadership to improve team performance and accountability. • Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development. • Develop and implement HR policies, processes and structures.
What you’ll bring
