About the role
Lead learning programs to ramp managers, onboard new hires, and equip the People team. Own program lifecycles from conception to execution with AI integration.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end program lifecycles. • Design and facilitate enablement workshops. • Partner with People Business Partners on talent gaps. • Own onboarding and new-hire enablement. • Build playbooks and training materials.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in learning, HR, or related field. • Lead engaging workshops live and remote. • Design manager development and onboarding. • Experience with AI in learning workflows. • Strong project management and impact measurement.
