About the role
Support people agenda delivery for Distribution and Production Centers through coordination and governance. Collaborate with CoEs and People Services to manage HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding. • Support payroll inputs and statutory documentation. • Manage employee engagement and culture initiatives. • Liaise with regional and global HR teams for policy alignment. • Monitor service experience and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 5 years experience in HR generalist or operations role. • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
