About the role
The HR Business Partner supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement. The role requires practical, proactive, and detail-oriented work with sound judgment.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day HR processes and employee records. • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. • Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives. • Provide HR inputs for payroll and benefits administration. • Coordinate performance management and learning development.
What you’ll bring
• 4-6 years progressive HR experience. • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR policies. • Good Excel skills for HR data and reporting. • CIPM certification or membership preferred.
