About the role
Partner with management and employees to drive HR practices and workforce planning in manufacturing. Support employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
What you’ll do
• Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and employee relations. • Provide HR advice and guidance to management and employees. • Manage statutory HR requirements and compliance. • Support performance management and employee development. • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing.
What you’ll bring
• Strong communication and organizational skills. • Knowledge of payroll, Pension, NSITF, ITF, PAYE. • Minimum 7 years HR experience, preferably manufacturing. • HND or B.Sc. in HR or related field. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
