About the role
Assist with onboarding, employee records, staff welfare, and daily HR operations in mining environment. Provide administrative and operational support to HR department.
What you’ll do
• Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues. • Assist recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling. • Coordinate training programs, meetings, staff activities. • Support onboarding and orientation processes. • Maintain employee files and HR databases.
What you’ll bring
• High integrity and professionalism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • 1-2 years experience preferred. • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin or related field. • Knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour laws.
