About the role
Lead human resources and administrative operations in a food and beverage hospitality business. Manage talent acquisition, performance, employee relations, and workplace administration.

• Coordinate performance management processes. • Oversee employee relations and HR records. • Support payroll inputs and staff welfare. • Provide HR reports and advise management. • Supervise office administration and operational support. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
