Lead ICF's housing implementation sector focusing on disaster recovery and housing programs. Manage business growth, delivery quality, financial performance, and people leadership remotely across the US.
What you’ll do
• Establish multi-year sector strategy and annual goals. • Lead sector growth and business development. • Manage sector financial performance and portfolio delivery. • Lead and develop sector staff and leadership talent. • Collaborate across organizational boundaries and champion company strategy.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in disaster recovery or housing programs. • 5+ years managing subordinate managers. • Knowledge of HUD CDBG-DR and related regulations. • 2+ years business development and capture leadership. • Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
