About the role
The Regional Director of Sales provides strategic sales for 6 multi-branded hotels across Canada and/or the USA. This home-based role reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires occasional travel.
What you’ll do
• Provide strategic sales for 6 multi-branded hotels. • Create sales-focused culture with hotel staff. • Drive ROI and achieve revenue milestones. • Develop sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. • Travel 2-4 times annually for client visits.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years hotel guestroom sales experience. • Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share. • Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies and operations. • Experience building trusted relationships with hotel owners and managers. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales technology.
