About the role
Prepare and cook meals according to hotel standards and assist with events and guest meals. Maintain kitchen hygiene and coordinate with service staff for orders and special requests.

What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years experience as a cook in hotel or catering. • Ability to prepare Nigerian and continental dishes. • Knowledge of food hygiene and portion control. • Ability to work under pressure and in a team. • Availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
