About the role
Measure, analyse and improve hospital clinical and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
What you’ll do
• Support regulatory and quality-assurance reporting with validated data. • Map and analyse patient journeys to identify delays and bottlenecks. • Produce operational dashboards and reports for management. • Design and run improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA. • Define and maintain hospital operational performance measures.
What you’ll bring
• Relevant degree in engineering, statistics, health sciences or related field. • Experience in process mapping and workflow redesign. • Familiarity with hospital patient flow and bed management. • Minimum 4 years in process analysis or healthcare analytics. • Documented improvement project with measurable outcomes.
