About the role
Help property owners solve problems by negotiating and securing off-market real estate deals. Respond to inbound seller leads and guide sellers to signed agreements remotely with local site visits.
What you’ll do
• Respond promptly to inbound seller leads. • Conduct high-volume phone calls to qualify sellers. • Lead discovery conversations and overcome objections. • Present offers and negotiate terms by phone. • Travel to properties to finalize deals.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years proven sales experience. • Strong phone-based or consultative sales background. • Excellent communication and empathetic approach. • Must live in Seattle area with reliable car and license. • Comfortable learning new technology.
