About the role
Manage Workers' Compensation cases and attend hearings to support clients throughout their case lifecycle. Provide excellent service and represent clients in legal proceedings.
What you’ll do
• Manage high-volume Workers' Compensation caseload. • Communicate with relevant parties involved in cases. • Attend all case-related hearings. • Maintain case notes and review case files. • Travel to WCAB locations for hearings and trials.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years experience as Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative preferred. • Knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation required. • Understand EAMS, E-filing, AME/PQME process. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree and bilingual preferred.
