About the role
Drive successful placements of clinicians across healthcare specialties and clients. Develop strong relationships with clinicians nationwide through proactive outreach and recruitment efforts.
What you’ll do
• Meet or exceed sales goals by placing and retaining clinicians. • Prospect and activate candidate leads via cold calling, email, and text. • Create compelling candidate profiles and follow up on submissions. • Schedule interviews and close offers with candidates. • Maintain rapport with clinicians to drive assignment extensions.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred. • Previous sales or healthcare experience preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management and prioritization skills. • Comfortable using technology platforms like Target Recruit.
