About the role
Lead pharmacy strategy and consulting for employers across all pharmacy solutions. Focus on sales, client service delivery, and consulting expertise.
What you’ll do
• Consult for Employer RFPs and coalition consulting. • Lead sales and support of pharmacy products/services. • Manage client-facing consulting and project leadership. • Provide clinical guidance and cost containment strategies. • Oversee new client services and general consulting.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years pharmacy benefit experience. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Ability to manage expectations at all levels. • Experience running RFPs and contract negotiations. • Ability to manage large unique groups.
