About the role
Lead repair activities for compression and rotating equipment at the Service Center. Collaborate with sales, project management, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver best-in-class repair solutions.
What you’ll do
• Lead and motivate technicians and project managers. • Monitor KPIs to improve lead time, costs, and quality. • Enhance customer satisfaction through feedback and improvements. • Coordinate communication between Service Center and departments. • Drive safety and continuous process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. • Knowledge of compressor technology. • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and API standards. • Fluent in English and German. • 5+ years leadership in aftermarket and repair activities. • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
