About the role
Lead and build security at Airtm, owning the security posture of financial systems and infrastructure. Set strategy, build the team, and make technical security decisions.
What you’ll do
• Define and own risk-based security strategy. • Lead incident detection, response, and recovery. • Embed security into SDLC and secure coding standards. • Harden AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD security. • Build detection and alerting for malicious activity.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in information or application security. • Experience leading incident response. • Strong AWS and Kubernetes security knowledge. • Hands-on with application security in microservices. • Experience with SOC 2 or similar compliance programs.
