About the role
Lead and build the commercial sales system to convert market position into dependable revenue. Manage AE and Sales Engineering teams and develop sales strategy.
What you’ll do
• Set goals, metrics, and organization design for Sales. • Build multi-motion Sales system across product portfolio. • Develop qualified pipeline beyond inbound leads. • Hire and develop exceptional sales talent. • Participate in customer conversations weekly.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years leading Sales in complex B2B environments. • Experience with multiple sales motions and pipeline creation. • Technical fluency to discuss migrations with Engineering. • Strong forecasting and performance management skills. • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop leaders.
