• Lead underwriting, claims and reinsurance teams. • Oversee underwriting policies and portfolio performance. • Develop reinsurance strategies and relationships. • Provide technical reports to management and Board. • Ensure compliance with NAICOM regulations.
What you’ll bring
• ACIIN or FCII professional qualification. • 5–10 years managerial experience in insurance technical department. • Master’s Degree or MBA. • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. • Strong knowledge of insurance regulation and risk governance.
