About the role
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting across the company. Manage FP&A team and collaborate with department heads to assess performance and plan expenditures.
What you’ll do
• Direct company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Manage annual budget, reforecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Develop consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow forecasts. • Oversee loan portfolio forecasting and financial impact analysis. • Prepare and present financial plans and reports to executives and board.
What you’ll bring
• 20+ years progressive finance experience. • 8+ years leading FP&A or financial planning teams. • Expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS financial planning. • Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills. • Excellent English communication and remote team management.
