About the role
Lead the translation of enterprise distribution strategy into actionable growth plans and coordinate execution across business lines. Partner with multiple functions to align investments and priorities for sustainable growth.
What you’ll do
• Convert distribution strategy into practical plans and roadmaps. • Develop data-supported business cases for growth opportunities. • Coordinate priorities across business lines and functions. • Partner with Risk and Compliance on regulatory boundaries. • Create executive presentations and lead change initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in distribution or enterprise strategy roles. • Experience translating strategy into enterprise plans. • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills. • Knowledge of CRM platforms and data integration. • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
