About the role
Lead and build the Customer Growth function to help RevenueCat customers grow their app businesses. Manage strategy, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption and customer success.
What you’ll do
• Own Customer Growth strategy across all customer segments. • Build segmentation and coverage models. • Lead through the CSM Team Lead and develop leadership bench. • Govern Growth Advisory and specialist deployment. • Create scalable education and Customer Enablement programs.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields. • 5+ years leading customer-facing teams. • Experience owning multi-lane operating models. • Strong commercial judgment and product fluency. • Proven ability to scale customer-facing functions.
