About the role
Lead credit and fraud risk strategy for lending business. Balance growth and losses to maximize risk-adjusted returns through credit cycle.
What you’ll do
• Own credit and fraud strategy and policy across customer lifecycle. • Set credit risk appetite and translate into policy and loss targets. • Lead test-and-learn agenda with clear success metrics. • Recruit and lead high-performing credit and fraud team. • Partner with executives and capital partners on credit decisions.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years financial services experience. • 8+ years credit risk experience. • Experience owning fraud risk strategy and controls. • Proven leadership of remote, multidisciplinary teams. • Strong data-driven decision making and executive communication.
