About the role
Lead the enterprise BI and reporting function to transform organizational data into insights and decision-support tools. Support business performance across underwriting, claims, finance, risk, compliance, investments, and executive reporting.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute enterprise BI strategy and roadmap. • Lead BI, reporting, data visualization, and management-information functions. • Establish reporting standards, KPIs, metrics, and data definitions. • Develop executive dashboards and performance-management solutions. • Partner with Data Engineering and IT on data integration and governance.
What you’ll bring
• 10–15+ years in BI, analytics, data, reporting, or technology. • 5+ years in BI/analytics leadership roles. • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker. • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data governance. • Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
