About the role
Lead growth and sales operations across Northern Nigeria for Greengates Specialties Limited. Own regional strategy and manage a sales team to achieve revenue goals.
What you’ll do
• Build and execute 3-5 year commercial plan for Northern territory. • Identify major factories and manufacturers in Northern commercial hubs. • Lead sales pitches, contract negotiations, and supply agreements. • Coach and mentor regional sales team with clear quotas. • Collaborate with lab and warehouse teams to meet client specs.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years B2B commercial experience, 3-5+ in senior leadership. • Experience selling raw materials to manufacturing plants. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools like Odoo or SAP. • Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling across Nigeria. • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
