About the role
Lead partnerships, strategic intelligence, and M&A functions to drive growth and revenue. Serve as Phantom's outward-facing business leader and internal expert for market intelligence and deal execution.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Product to launch and scale business lines. • Lead business development strategy for growth and monetization. • Own revenue targets and deepen product integration. • Map competitive landscape and build market intelligence. • Manage deal processes end to end including sourcing and closing.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in business development, M&A, or strategy. • Deep knowledge of crypto and fintech ecosystems. • Proven track record influencing executive decisions. • Experience in partnerships and M&A deal execution. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
