About the role
Manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production of Starlink satellite broadband systems. Drive volume production, new product introduction, and process improvements for PCBA assemblies.
What you’ll do
• Own and manage PCBA processes and products. • Drive volume production processes and control. • Manage new product introduction with engineers. • Maintain work instructions and training. • Track schedule, defect rates, and optimize output.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline. • 1+ years in manufacturing or PCB design. • Experience with SMT and PCBA processes. • Knowledge of IPC standards and statistical methods. • Ability to lift 25 lbs and work extended hours.
