About the role
Manage and improve workflows connecting go-to-market teams to ensure reliable lead handoffs and lifecycle execution. Build, test, and maintain automation and reporting to support sales, marketing, and customer growth.
What you’ll do
• Own GTM workflows end-to-end from problem to solution. • Make lead and account handoffs dependable and visible. • Put lifecycle programs into production with marketing and growth teams. • Keep data connected, investigate and fix sync issues. • Build automation with monitoring and recovery processes.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations. • Practical Salesforce experience with objects and flows. • Experience with marketing automation platforms. • Experience building useful AI workflows. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
