About the role
Build and own the AI-powered growth system guiding users from signup to paid adoption. Collaborate closely with founders to push AI-driven product growth.
What you’ll do
• Own post-signup journey: onboarding, activation, retention, conversion. • Identify drop-offs and partner with Product to fix funnels. • Build AI systems generating user-specific content. • Create recursive learning loops for system improvement. • Drive paywall, upgrade, promo, and anti-churn experiences.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in growth or lifecycle roles in self-serve SaaS. • Experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels. • Hands-on building AI systems for user-level content. • Experience with recursive learning systems. • Technical fluency connecting data, AI, and content generation.
