About the role

What you’ll do
• Manage junior resources and task assignments. • Execute demand generation and email marketing. • Administer Zoho CRM and campaign reporting. • Support supplier sales rep with prospect research. • Introduce AI-assisted processes for productivity.
What you’ll bring
• 3–6+ years in growth/marketing operations. • Experience managing or coordinating others. • Hands-on CRM, email, SEO, outreach, analytics. • Strong English and ability to collaborate with US leadership. • Familiarity with AI tools and Zoho/B2B/manufacturing helpful.
