About the role
Drive growth by managing patient enrollment and improving marketing funnel processes. Serve as inside sales representative and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance patient experience.

• Serve as first contact for patient referrals and website inquiries. • Convert patients by enrolling them in the program. • Navigate financial and subscription plan conversations. • Ensure smooth scalable patient enrollment process. • Handle inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries.
