About the role

What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience design. • Build and lead design experimentation practice. • Define AI-augmented growth design workflow. • Lead conversion optimization as a design discipline. • Mentor designers and raise design standards.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in growth, product, or brand design. • Experience with A/B and multivariate tests. • Strong understanding of conversion and discoverability. • Proficient in Figma and AI design tools. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
