About the role
Lead financial accounting, budgeting, reporting, financial control, audit coordination, systems integration, and team development. Report to the Group Managing Director in Lagos office.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate internal and external audits with Managing Director. • Prepare official and management reports. • Analyze financial reports and support performance evaluation. • Develop and maintain financial control policies and procedures. • Oversee integration of business software with accounting system.
What you’ll bring
• At least eight years relevant experience in shipping, oil and gas, or service industry. • University Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related. • Professional qualification: Chartered Accountant, ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, CIMA, or CTIN. • Accountable, adaptable, achievement-oriented and disciplined. • Strong communication, relationship-building, delegation and leadership skills.
