About the role
Prepare and grill suya, meat, chicken, fish, and other items according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety in grill areas.
What you’ll do
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation. • Monitor quality and freshness of food items. • Follow food safety standards and SOPs. • Report stock shortages and equipment faults. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in grill areas.
What you’ll bring
• Good communication and teamwork skills. • Willing to work shifts and reside in Festac area. • Experience in grilling or restaurant operations preferred. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment. • SSCE, OND or relevant qualification with 1-2 years experience.
