About the role
Build a rewarding career in B2B sales, recruitment, and talent advisory. Work with clients to recommend recruitment solutions and earn uncapped commission.
What you’ll do
• Start conversations with senior leaders to understand hiring needs. • Strengthen client relationships through follow-up and accurate records. • Build pipeline through research, networking, and referrals. • Manage candidates and arrange interviews. • Explain services and guide prospects to decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. • Completed NYSC with 1 year post-NYSC client-facing experience. • Resident in Lagos near Lekki Phase 1. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ambitious, persuasive, and digitally savvy.
