About the role
This program provides hands-on experience and professional development in plant operations and maintenance. It is designed for graduate trainees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
What you’ll do
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment. • Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution. • Learn and apply company engineering standards, safety, and operational procedures. • Participate in structured on-the-job training across mechanical and electrical sections. • Prepare and present reports on assigned tasks and learning progress.
What you’ll bring
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn. • 0–2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates encouraged. • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or maintenance software is an advantage. • B.Eng / B.Tech/HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
