About the role
Lead capture efforts from opportunity identification to signed award for defense contracts. Focus on advancing SBIR Phase II to Phase III and expanding government business.
What you’ll do
• Lead Phase III strategy for Air Force SBIR. • Qualify new pursuits and make bid/no-bid decisions. • Manage proposals end to end. • Build teaming relationships with primes and integrators. • Maintain pipeline and compliance baseline.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in DoD capture, proposals, or contracting. • Record of winning SBIR Phase III or production contracts. • Experience at small defense-tech company or scaling one. • Proposals and briefings senior government readers act on. • Commitment to procurement integrity and ethics.
