About the role
Manage and build GoHighLevel systems for a US-based gym business. Provide first-line support to gym staff using the platform.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain lead nurture workflows. • Automate member journey and retention campaigns. • Manage pipelines, calendars, forms, and campaigns. • Provide first-line GHL support to gym owner and staff. • Write SOPs and track recurring issues for improvement.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years GoHighLevel automation experience. • 1+ year customer or technical support experience. • Knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, or webhooks. • Strong English communication skills. • Able to work US Eastern Time hours from Philippines.
