Global Web Growth Project Manager

About the role
Manage and optimize Docplanner's global B2B web ecosystem to drive growth and lead generation. Own web performance and deliver key web KPIs across multiple markets and websites.
What you’ll do
• Own and deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions. • Plan and execute CRO initiatives and A/B tests. • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels. • Lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end. • Analyze performance using GA4 and GSC.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years web management experience in B2B or SaaS. • Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation. • Experience with website analytics tools like GA4, VWO, Hotjar. • Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
