About the role
Manage and develop relationships with publishers to maximize revenue and minimize churn. Ensure publisher satisfaction and achieve revenue and margin targets.

• Provide timely, high-quality support to publishers. • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues. • Analyze publisher performance and optimize revenue. • Execute upselling opportunities for MGID products. • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years in digital advertising or related field. • Strong relationship building and account management skills. • Knowledge of digital advertising and monetization metrics. • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
