About the role
You will be the first line of operational defense in a fast-moving crypto disruption pipeline. Process complaint data, validate AI outputs, and route cases for asset recovery and legal actions.
What you’ll do
• Validate and route complaint dispositions weekly. • Catch AI errors before they propagate. • Enrich complaint selectors with data integrations. • Trace funds to actionable endpoints. • Own shift handoffs for continuous coverage.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years investigative or analytical experience. • Experience tracing funds across blockchains. • Contributed to cases leading to freeze or seizure. • Strong AI fluency and judgment. • Comfortable in fast-paced, shifting environments.
