About the role
Conduct outbound calls to recruit independent sales partners for a clean energy company. Manage a pipeline and book consultations for the partner team.
What you’ll do
• Run high-volume outbound calls to self-employed agents and brokers. • Pitch partnership model and handle objections. • Qualify interest and book consultations. • Meet monthly call and conversion targets. • Log call outcomes accurately in CRM.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent German required. • Prior outbound sales or telesales experience. • Experience with financial, insurance, real estate or energy sectors preferred. • Strong objection handling and follow-up skills. • Available 9:00–17:00 CET weekdays.
