About the role
Provide customer support to German-speaking clients in telecommunications. Handle account, billing, service, and technical inquiries remotely from Portugal.
What you’ll do
• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat. • Assist with account management, billing and service enquiries. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. • Provide guidance on products, services and platform features. • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent German and English (minimum C2 level). • Experience in customer support or contact centre environments preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with digital tools and technology.
