About the role
Lead and grow Flex's venture and private equity business sector end to end. Own strategy, partnerships, product priorities, and P&L to make Flex the primary financial institution for venture and private equity.
What you’ll do
• Own sector strategy and partnerships. • Manage product priorities and P&L. • Build relationships with general partners and fund CFOs. • Coordinate with product, credit, risk, and member teams. • Report directly to CEO.
What you’ll bring
• 7-12 years in investment banking, private credit, or venture. • Active network in venture and private equity. • Fluent in fund capital flows and portfolio treasury. • Skilled in structuring partnerships and term sheets. • Proficient in Excel and unit economics modeling.
